How many men are azoospermic?

Sadly there is no cure for Azoospermia however for a male to be Oligoasthenospermia which means low sperm count or mobility one could have a biopsy to extract sperm from the testes. Depending on how much sperm can be retrieved is dependent on what treatment intervention one's female partner would undertake i.e. IUI or IVF. - Pip

Do be aware that some doctors may classify you as azoospermic ie you have no sperm in the ejaculate, when in fact some sperm are present. It is important that you ask your doctor whether any sperm were seen at all because if yes, then ICSI is an obvious option for you.
