Hello Pete
Sorry to hear of your 3 failed attemps with Icsi/IVF with your last one resulting in a miscarrage at 6 weeks, you must have both been/are devastated.

Your questions - Fertility is not always effected by Endriometriosis however your wife has had an operations to treat this and we trust this was successful.
Regarding your wifes other medical issues your clinician is the best (sometimes the only one) person to answer your questions as he will have her full medical history.

Your loss often takes time to get over, and as you will be aware your clinic will have specialised personel to support you through this if you wish. There are also other support organisations which specialise in miscarrage (you can access these through Google).
However although it is of little satisfaction you can take heart in the knowledge that your wife can get pregnant and hopefully your proposed treatment in November will be successful.

If we can help in any way please email us direct or post your request on the forum.

Good Luck

Well Pete it is 4-00 in the morning and I can'y sleep so I came to try and mull over a few things and try and get these demonds out of my head. I imagine you have the same nagging thoughts. Two enbryos both very mature at 6 and 7 cells good for you, but another blow they did not take.
Hope you manage that break in Egypt, nice one, getting off the eternal merry-go-round for a break, you will be able to show off that new body of yours. 11 pounds how did you manage that......
Keep going, I think its all about looking after the missism Good look - Simon
